A Mauritian street kitchen Last weekend i had the pleasure to experience Shelina Permalloo new breakfast menu at her first Mauritian style street kitchen restaurant in Southampton. The 2012 master chef winner was a great host who opened the doors to us for her delicious menu. This kindly organised Bloggers Brunch was with @sotonbloggers. we did a small Q&A with Shelina and it was interesting to learn how herself and her husband started from scratch with The restaurant and pratically designed and decorated the place themselves. Shelina's personality shines through The restaurant with the vibrant decor that bursts with colour, it gives that feeling of being in her home.
